You’ll then receive a 2nd email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact our team at hello@kabuki.haus with your order number and will assist you further.

Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation details, unfortunately your order cannot be canceled or amended. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes for you so long as the product hasn't already been shipped. If your item has already been shipped, you’ll need to contact us and follow our steps for an exchange in style size.

Yes we do, as long as you item(s) meets our Returns & Exchanges requirements. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on ‘change of mind’.

For all international orders, KABUKI’s shipping charge is for transport costs only. As mentioned in our T&C’s, it does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. KABUKI Swim & KABUKI Active does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

KABUKI Swim & KABUKI Active does not offer free return shipping. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. KABUKI Swim & KABUKI Active does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. 

Your electronic gift card will be sent to the email address you specify within 24 hours of placing your order, and will not be delivered physically to the specified "shipping address". If you haven’t received your gift card after 24 hours, please check your junk/spam email folder. Contact us at hello@kabuki.haus if you still require assistance with your order.

Every gift voucher will have a unique code on it. When you are at the checkout and paying for the garments you have chosen, you will be given the option to enter the code and the value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the purchase price. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift voucher, you can pay the remainder via credit card or PayPal. If there are funds still remaining on the gift card, it can be used again for another purchase.

Yes the sizes can vary slightly between our swimwear and activewear range. Our activewear tends to run true to size, where as our swimwear tends to run small. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend you go up a size. If you’d like to learn more about our sizing, please head to our Size Guide page

YES! They sure are! You might feel a little more comfortable wearing a lighter / nude coloured underwear with some of our lighter colours, but it is totally up to you and personal preference.

Both of our KABUKI Swim & KABUKI Active range are made from luxurious and delicate fabrics, so it’s very important you look after them correctly as we have recommended. Please refer to the individual products description for detailed care instructions.

YES! We’re also passionate about helping the environment! We pride ourselves on our sustainably made clothing! From using sustainable fabrics to sending our parcels to customers in compostable mailbags, we are doing as much as we can to cause as little harm as possible to the environment. Our fabric has a sleek, soft matte finish. It is a brushed fabric so will wear like a brushed fabric and feel like suede. This makes it a delicate fabric and should be treated with care.

Please avoid rubbing and contact with rough surfaces. This includes anything from rough concrete to high cut shoes. Our leggings are not suited for high intensity training as this can cause the fabric fibres to potentially pull and tear. Our leggings are best washed inside out, hand-washed in cold water, then hung to dry in the shade. For more info please read the product care in the product descriptions.

Our Goddess Collection (non-prints) are made from 78% recycled polyamide and 22% elastane. Printed fabrics are made from 85% recycled polyamide and 15% elastane. Our fabrics are ethically made in Italy from recycled ghost fishing nets, ocean waste and plastic bottles.

Our leggings are not pilling resistant due to the nature of the fabric.
